I have lost my Log Book, do I need it?

Yes you do, we can supply or you can get another from the dealer.

Do you provide Digital reports for the work you have done?

Yes P & L Mechanical Services can provide digital reports of work performed.

1 hour minimum.

How can I pay for my Service?

Cash, EFTPOS or Credit card

When are you Open?

8:30am-5:00pm Mon-Fri. We are not open on weekends.

What is the earliest time I can bring my car in?

P & L Mechanical Services have an early drop off box attached to our fence.

Can I drop off my car after hours?

Yes - if you're willing to leave the vehicle out the front.

Is there a secure key drop off box after hours?

P & L Mechanical Services have an secure drop off box attached to our fence.

Can I collect my car after hours?

No - Sorry.

Can you pick up my car from home?

No we currently cannot provide this service.

Can you drop me home when I deliver my car for servicing or repair?

This can be arranged but only local area.

What happens if something is not right after my car service?

Please don't hesitate to contact us. We take great pride in our work, but if something doesn't seem quite right then just let us know. We are happy to sort out any problems you might have. Plus you have the added assurance of our REPCO Nationwide Warranty if you find yourself out of town.

Will you give me reminders when my next sercive is due?

Service reminders can be arranged - just ask our friendly staff.

Can my car be serviced at the same time it is being repaired?

Yes - P & L Mechanical Services can service your car while it is in for repairs and vice versa.

How do I book my car in for a service?

You can give us a call, come see us, email or book a service or repair online.

How often should I really service my car?

P & L Mechanical Services recommend you service your car at least every 12 months.

I don't drive much, do I still need a service?

Yes. P & L Mechanical Services recommend you service your car at least every 12 months, even if you don't drive it often.

Can you wash my car?

No - we do not provide car washing as a service.

Do you use good quality oils and parts?

P & L Mechanical Services only use quality parts and fluids when performing car service or repairs.

Do you check my brakes during a service?

Your safety is important to us. P & L Mechanical Services will check your brakes when we service your vehicle.
